Terrible service. First time LensDirect user. I received the wrong prescription. I had submitted a one month old valid prescription to be 'verified'. I still received incorrect lenses. I have spoken to customer service directly, and by email twice, I cannot get a shipping refund ( i paid expedited for two shipments), I have yet to receive the refund for the incorrect lenses which I duly returned to the company. The most surprising (because lame customer service is not surprising these days), was the explanation for how they verify contact lens prescriptions. It really makes no sense at all to provide a valid prescription because they do not look at it. A customer can put in literally any prescription when ordering, and according to LensDirect, it does not have to match the prescription given by the optometrist. Either way, after 24 hours, you will get lenses shipped to you, valid script or not. First and last time I use LensDirect. Would give zero stars if I could.

These soft, c I olored lenses are easy to wear. Often I forget I'm wearing them. Ordering was easy. Shipping was good. I received the lenses on the date promised. I recommend this company.

Ordered prescription sunglasses and chose a frame from their options. Order was taking longer and my holiday waa getting close. Contacted customer service and was told my frames are out of stock. Was told I must choose other frames. This is now about 4 weeks after I ordered. Chose other frames and was asked for $12 more and my order will take the standard amount of time to process. No expedited option or any compensation for their error. Terrible customer service abd experience. I am now going to have no prescription sunglasses for my trip in a weeks time.
