Very happy with the Lens, not happy that they cannot be purchased in the 90 day pack

Great service

Quality at a very affordable price if you are not in a hurry to get them.

Maybe it’s my model of Ray Bans but even after double checking the model and size the lenses were not wide enough to fill the frame.

.

I think I just got unlucky - for some reason, the glasses did not work - I could not see out of them - even though I used the same perscription - I went somewhere else in town - and they worked great - most likely it is user error - the service was great, and fast, but the glasses I sent to be replaced are now unusable.

Shipping and Service was quick and easy for a first time user of lens direct

Super fast shippig and responsve customer service!

Very satisfied with new glasses. My near/reading vision is sharper than my old glasses with same Rx. Only challenge: I was unable to get pupil spacing using app on Apple, but finally was able to get it right using website. USPS delivery was not the best, not surprising. Otherwise fast service, good price.

Always a smooth process!

After purchasing and installing one of the lens didn’t fit and keeps popping out. After connecting with customer service and explaining and sending a picture. Was told they would get back to me but still havent heard back. That was weeks ago. All I want is a replacement that fits not to have to write a poor review.

Great!!!!
