I have two of these umbrellas in white. My only suggestions for improvement are 1) the hole on the top of the umbrella, the area under the finial. It is not finished, just a cut hole. For the price, I would have expected this to be a sewn edge. 2) The finial is a light gray. It would be great to have a black option. To clean, I easily removed the canopy from the pole, pretreated with Shout Advanced, and washed in cold water with detergent and bleach. Air dried. Came out great! I recommend doing this at the end of the season and storing the fabric indoors until ready to use again.

Great chairs! Delivery took over a month. If you want them right away it's not going to happen

We ordered and receive 2 ledge loungers - of coarse shipping took a bit longer because of covid. We live outside the country and had a sea container awaiting their arrival, one arrived slightly damaged and with no time for a replacement customer service gave me a nice discount and instructed me on how to repair the damage...very pleased with their quick response. I will definitely add more of their products to our B&B.

I wanted to surprise my husband with these in-pool chaises as it was his first birthday with me as a married couple, he has been wanting these for about two years but just never pulled the trigger. With COVID-19 all my plans to celebrate his birthday weekend were canceled. I placed the order online and Lisa called to confirm and she truly made it happen as they were on backorder and they wouldn't make it on time for his birthday. She made a few calls and they pushed my order through and they arrived safely. I will review the chaises once we get them into the pool, they look great. Lisa you are my Hero!!!!!! Thank you xoxo

Every product that I have purchased has been of great quality. The Lounger and Chair are comfortable to look beautiful. I ordered an umbrella and through my own fault, the size was wrong. Customer service did everything to help me with this.

We LOVE it!!!

For years I had dreamed of sitting in the pool and reading a book. This year, with the addition of the Ledge Loungers I was able to make that a regular routine. In the heat of a north Texas summer, being IN the water, was absolutely wonderful. I love these chairs and it was easy with the help of my husband to get them set up.

So comfortable and exactly what we needed for our tanning ledge! Easy to take care of and maintenance free!

I have a hard time sitting out by the pool if I am not in the water. These ledge loungers are great because you are in the water just enough that you remain comfortable and I can sit there for hours!

We purchased these with the table and absolutely love the comfort of them. A little pricey but we are enjoying them.

Took awhile to get them. High money and product isn’t worth the money. Awkward to fill with water. They are extremely heavy with water and heavy without water. At a resort they are probably ok, but for a residence pool doesn’t really work.

Hard to get in and out of. Already has rust spot on the back of the chair in less than 6 months

We purchased two chairs for a small sun tanning 10" pool. We use them all the time. My husband and I enjoy watching the sun set while we relax in our chairs after a long day.

FINALLY - a way to be in the pool without actually being IN the pool. Usually, this means standing in the water while trying to keep my hair/face/hands dry, or sitting on a pool float with my feet on the edge so I don't float around. BUT NOW, on my ledge lounger, I can stay (mostly) dry, but still be a part of the action AND stay in one spot - close to my drink, phone, and magazine :) :) :) I am only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I wish there were more color options, although the granite gray looks pretty fantastic, I would have chosen differently with more options..
