I can't say enough great things about the Halo Fire Pit. I looked high and low for the best fire pits to fit our families needs and there was one clear winner. . HALO. Hands down it has exceeded our every expectation and is an absolute thing of beauty when all lit up. Arrived on time and easy to assemble. Aesthetically pleasing and gives off strong heat without the strong smoke smell and flying embers. It is a nice size and has room for drinks or to make s'mores. Customer service was quick to respond to our questions. It's always a pleasant experience dealing with Ledge Loungers.

I wanted to complement the customer service department, especially Jaime D. My order and an order from Texas got switched somehow. I contacted the customer service department and immediately spoke with a person (Jaime) who started investigating the situation. Within 24 hours, she had located my delivery, schedule a pick-up from both sites, and had them shipped back out within 1-2 days. Jaime was efficient, pleasant, super helpful and the company made everything correct. Although no one enjoys having to deal with an accidental mistake, I know it happens sometimes. Despite the mix-ups, I will totally be a repeat customer and recommend this company to family and friends. They are excellent and the product is high-quality as well. Thanks!

From my very 1st purchase to my most recent, I have been impressed and almost relieved to have quality outdoor products that hold up to Florida's weather. I've purchased in pool chaise's, umbrella, and a couple of pool floats. I absolutely love the Laze Pillow float, it's like floating on a bean bag chair. My classic pool loungers were delivered a few hours ago. I am so excited to use!!! They look fantastic in our pool. I was able to snag 2 of the mint loungers at a sale price, was not sure of the color when ordering but it looks great in pool!! Thank you!! Very happy customer.

We purchased 2 of the Signature Deep Chaise Loungers in Gray. We ended up having to order the deep risers as well since our ledge was too deep. They seem very sturdy and seem to be well made. They are also stylish and unique, almost like a pieces of art! If I had one critique it would be that they get really hot in the Arizona sun making it impossible to sit comfortably. We ended up buying the pillows which helps a little but were an expensive fix. Overall I am happy with this splurge so far.

We purchased 2 chaise lounges and 2 chairs for our sunshelf as well as 2 side tables with the umbrella hole and the lid. Our guests favorite part is when we have bottomless mimosas out of the side table filling it with ice and our favorite prosseco and mixer juice :-).

Purchased two Ledge Loungers as soon as our new pool was built. What a beautiful addition to our lounging options! In or out of water, we enjoy the comfort, look and durability of these Ledge Loungers! Many compliments from our guests!

Bought the bundle for 3000.00 shipping was fast. Chair quality is good. No instructions though for setup. Two plugs on each chair so we unscrewed one to fill with water, realized after the fact that air needs to escape and blew hole in chair. Called customer support for help was told person that handles this stepped out and would call back, they didn’t. 3000.00 dollars I would expect a little help. The chairs are plastic mold but of box quality but not 3000.00 would be better if customer support was a little more reactive

Ordered Chaise Bundle, the Signature Chaise are super quality and look like gorgeous on our newly renovated pool sun ledge. The chairs are really comfortable and once in the pool we realized we will benefit from some risers which are also now on their way. The quality of customer service and care provided by Lindsey has been absolutely brilliant! She has gone above and beyond to ensure we get what we want and need and pro-actively followed up all the way. We love this product - they are stylish and durable - we have spent many hours lazing on them on the baja shelf of our new pool - actually we liked them so much that we bought two more - four in total. Absolutely recommend them - they are worth the investment.

Sometimes someone comes along who helps to make your buying decisions and overall experience so much easier. For me.. that person was Lindsey. We just remodeled our pool and I had the make the tough choice of which color ledge loungers use. I was so lucky that Lindsey picked up the phone. I was stressing out because it was hard for me to choose from the colors on my computer screen. She completely put my mind at ease and told me she would mail me color samples. When they arrived- I chose in 2 seconds (and it was NOT the color I thought would blend in the best withOUT seeing the colors in person.). Lindsey was kind, caring and just gave that extra personal touch that matters when you’re trying your best to create just the right look in your your personal space. The ledge loungers and table are beautiful. We also bought the riser lifts to extend them out of the water a little more. I give the products and the service A++ rating. ♥️♥️♥️

The Essential Umbrella with matte white poleis perfect with my ledge lounger chaise and umbrella table. This is by far the best built and strongest umbrella I've owned. The canopy material is very thick and should last for years. Highly recommended!
