I bought 3 pool loungers for my tanning shelf, they came quick and look great! Very good quality and cheaper than the competition. I would definitely recommend!! Easy to set up and clean, comfortable and perfect depth for laying in the water but not completely submerged. I would definitely buy again and thinking about some side tables to hold drinks and snacks!!

Absolutely love our signature chaise chairs! Have had these for a few years and a few moves and they are still in tip top shape! Just added an in pool side table and the pillow head rests. Every time we have friends over, we always get compliments about those look and comfort. Best products to make our backyard a true oasis!! Thank you Ledge Lounger! The loungers are the perfect height to sit on the sun deck and read a book if you don’t want to be completely submerged. You can keep a snack and drink on the table next to you. Perfect and relaxing.

There is no doubt LL products are not cheap in pricing but you really do get what you are paying for. We have their high back chairs, tables, umbrella, and of course their famous Laze Pillows. All items are made fantastic and made to last especailly in our AZ heat.

I absolutely cannot brag enough about not just the product themselves, but the company and their stunning level of customer service that they provide! We purchase the new autograph series deep chaise lounges. They go well in our 11” deep tanning ledge. They are very comfortable to lay in and worth the money. I highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone and what they have done for me, I feel like I have never deserved such kind people!

My sundeck table floats even though it’s supposed to be the right size for my water depth. Getting help from customer service is very difficult.

We purchased two signature in pool chairs and the umbrella table. Ledge Lounger called to make sure I had a sleeve in our sun shelf for the umbrella table, which we do. I appreciate them calling to make sure we ordered the correct table. Amazing customer service!

We have had our ledge lounger chairs now for a little while. We decided to order the pillows a few weeks back and we are so delighted with them. We call them our “bow ties”. They add a finishing touch to that part of the pool area. Thank you!

I have not yet completed my order for my autograph chaise loungers (we have finalized our order specifics and should be ordering very soon!) but I had to leave a review about the excellent customer service. I initially reached out to Ledge Loungers because I had questions about the baja shelf water level specifications etc. I ended up speaking with Jaime Dean. She was great on the phone and has been great ever since. She sent me photos of similar-height employees in the different loungers, forwarded detailed specifications, answered a multitude of questions, and was so patient with my indecisiveness. She has been so helpful, responsive, and not at all pushy. In fact, I looked forward to hearing from her! I went back to just get an idea of how long I have been working with Jaime -- our initial e-mails began in October 2021. It is now mid-April 2022 and Jaime is just as delightful as day one. It is so rare to find this type of customer service and she deserves the recognition. There are competitors out there but the customer service and Ledge Loungers standing behind their products are the selling points. I don’t even have the chaises yet, but I know I will love them and will be coming back for more products because of the excellent customer service. Thanks Jaime for being awesome and working so diligently to make sure that I was happy with my decisions and order!!! I am so looking forward to receiving my chaise loungers and can’t wait to leave a product review!

I ordered two of the lounger chairs for my wife for Christmas this year (at the last minute, since I was running out of ideas!). I was contacted my Lauren Richter from Ledge Lounger the following week to follow up on my order and discuss accessories that I may have forgotten when I ordered (I did!). She was able to get me two pillows to go on the chairs for no additional shipping charges and even took the time to text me photos from their showroom showing the colors/placements etc. I really appreciate the personal feel of doing business with Ledge Lounger as opposed to the "pick and click" way most companies do business. The only issue I can see is repeat sales with Ledge Lounger, as they have such great durability and warranty, I'll probably not have to order more chairs in a couple years!!! ;). I just placed an order for chairs, table, and laze pillows. Melissa was phenomenal! She was so patient, knowledgeable, and kind to us as we weren’t sure what we wanted or which items would fit our pool the best. She had excellent product knowledge as well as overall pool knowledge. Her follow through was impeccable. If she wasn’t so far away we likely would’ve tried to pluck her from ledge lounger and encourage her to come work for our company. Yeah, she’s that good! We are very pleased with this process and company! A++

Our pool is now complete. We are extremely happy with our Ledge Loungers. It makes our pool feel like a resort.

The Ledge Lounger team went above and beyond to assist me. I submitted a warranty request and they did not disappoint. They included me in every email correspondence and handled the request in a timely manner. I could not ask for more. Thank you to everyone who assisted me.

I have two of these umbrellas in white. My only suggestions for improvement are 1) the hole on the top of the umbrella, the area under the finial. It is not finished, just a cut hole. For the price, I would have expected this to be a sewn edge. 2) The finial is a light gray. It would be great to have a black option. To clean, I easily removed the canopy from the pole, pretreated with Shout Advanced, and washed in cold water with detergent and bleach. Air dried. Came out great! I recommend doing this at the end of the season and storing the fabric indoors until ready to use again.
