I ordered a winter sweater
I ordered a winter sweater with hood from your company. Cost me about $60. Ordered an extra tall X large large. It was slightly too long of sleeves to be comfortable. Tried to return. It cost me $15 I thought it would be added to my credit, or they would give me a location to return it, none of the above. I Will Never order something from Outfitters again!!. You need a better return policy or arrangement to satisfy your customers!

Staff was awesome especially props Sadie in HR helped a lot and cleared up some info and Daniel communicated through emails everything came in as expected and on time thanks.

first off the person I dealt with my issues Sadie. was. great . second the T shirt had pulls in the front and was not good quality. it should never have been sent in sure poor condition. third the poll shirt I ordered really felt like cheap material and didn't fit me at all. I was trying match anther shirt that I really owned. even thought the name of the shirt matched what I had. it was not the same. thanks for the refund withno Hassel.. again. it was a pleasure dealing with Sadie.
