Good product

Ordered softball pants for our girls, initial order shipped quick! However the size chart is way off for the Alleson brand pants. 2 sizes too small if you go by actual measurements listed online. Return took almost 2 weeks. In the meantime I placed another order to get pants to us quickly, took 2 weeks to get here so the girls only can use the pants 2 times and won’t fit next season. Make sure to double check sizes, but check reviews as well. Refund was rather quick once I got a hold of someone. But I’m stuck with an extra pair because it’ll cost me almost $10 to return for a rerun and my rerun will be about $2, so it’s not worth it, especially when it’s their measurements that are off. Most likely will not order from them again. I’d rather pay more to get the correct size the first time.

Shipping was more expensive than the product itself. Horrible company don't buy from the them. Product was garbage anyhow. Threw in trash and went to Dicks sporting goods.

The service was great! The returns were easy as well with no issue but I returned the pants 3 times for a new size and even after the 3rd time they did not fit. The sizes are strange my daughter is 13 and in a size 10 still and the XL 14 did not fit her.

The New Balance shorts were well received. Overall, a positive experience but the mailing took about a week longer than I had expected.
