Delivery took 2 weeks, which seemed a little long. Maybe I am just spoiled by Amazon. The hem on of the long sleeve A4 shirts is unraveling after just one wash. Otherwise, the products were as expected & seem to be working well for me.

I ordered a catcher's gear kit for my daughter and it shipped quickly. After using it for a few games she took a line drive to the kneepad and cracked the shell. I emailed the company and received a response within a short while, and was even shown I'm getting a drop ship replacement at no cost! I will continue to use this company for their customer service and quality products.

Fantastic Customer Service
Austin gave amazing customer service helping me figure out sizes and getting a last minute order placed for cold weather compression undershirts for our softball team. Unfortunately, some of the sizes I received were wrong, but when I contacted Austin in a panic he got it figured out and the correct sizes arrived 2 days before our tournament!
