I'm so happy Layla sent this pillow to me. It is perfect!

I bought a Purple Hybrid Premier 3 back in 2018. My old mattress wasn’t giving me enough support and I was having lower back pain. I spent years on the Purple mattress ignoring that it was too firm for me as a side sleeper. I looked at mattress toppers periodically over the years and even tried some cheap ones. They ranged from bad to just okay. Finally I decided to pull the trigger on this Layla. I saw mixed reviews online and decided to just give it a shot. I loved the quilted look and it seemed like the right amount of softness for me. I’m glad I ignored the negative reviews. This topper has been great for me. At 6’0 and 160 lbs as a side sleeper this has the right combination of cushion and support for me. It feels pretty heat neutral for me. It’s a bit warmer than my Purple mattress alone obviously but that’s a given considering Purple has possibly the most ventilation of any mattress.

Worked with me to make the delivery within a certain timeframe and for the arrival of our next guests, even with the full size mattress being on backorder. Now have one queen size and one full size 10 1/2 " mattresses, in our condo guest rooms, for the murphy beds. Guests loved them. Thanks!

Arrived on time. Compact packaging, easy to recycle

At first, I thought I loved the soft side, but I noticed a weird back ache. So I flipped to the firm side, and I LOVE it. I put it on my new adjustable bed frame, and it works well with it. I also love my new pillows.

There was a hole in the box and all the way through to the cover (apparently via shipping) - and they were so quick to replace the cover for me so I didn’t have to go through filing a claim with the shipper! They really stand behind their excellent products. Loved my purple mattress, but after trying out Layla I am a lifetime customer.
