So good

Excellent customer service! I realized (not immediately) that I had made a mistake with a custom order. Lax. com responded quickly, made the changes without any hassle, removed the item I didn’t need, added the correct one, and sent me an updated invoice right away. When you’re ordering for three kids, having a company you can trust makes all the difference. Their quick response and willingness to help turned what could have been a stressful situation into a very easy one. I truly appreciate the great service and will definitely continue ordering from them.

Fast shipping and good service

Easy to order and fast delivery

Ordered a strung goalie head - it shipped fast and they strung it to match the options selected but . . . The hardware was missing and the shooting strings were flagged for an illegal setup and don't throw well.
