Ordering process was easy and products arrived on time. I spent more money to hit the free delivery threshold but still had to pay for shipping since I used rewards. Typically, rewards are in the form of a gift card at other retailers but rewards here are a discount and not a form of payment. A little disappointed in that but overall satisfied.
