I had 24 hours to order my daughter’s new uniform to make sure she kept her jersey number. I ordered the wrong number. In a panic, I ordered a second bundle to make sure she got her number. I reached out via email and my duplicate order was immediately refunded and an updated receipt was sent to me. Placed an order for my son through LAX. com team page. Very easy to order. When our team had a sizing event to determine sizes needed for the team uniform, they didn’t have a specific size available to try on. We ordered the next size up. The day after our deadline, I was so worried the size we ordered would be too big. I sent a quick email off to their customer service department asking to drop the jersey size down one size. Not really expecting any reply or action. I was wrong. They not only replied they adjusted the size within an hour of my original email! They update the receipt to show confirmation of sizing! Super impressed with their customer service and the speed in which they replied!!
