I have several of these bracelets and several tags so I can mix and match because I like to change things up!! I also have and just ordered 2 of the magnetic bracelets. The second time I ordered I had put a different size down than what was on my first order, I actually got a phone call from a real person at the company asking if I was sure that was the size I wanted since my first order was different. I was impressed that someone actually caught that! For a company that has grown so much they still have that small business concern for their customers. The products are GREAT! I wear mine everyday and never take them off , except to switch them, and they still look as good as the day I received them. GREAT quality and customer service.
