Great customer service. I ordered a 7. 5 bracelet that was too big. Contacted their customer service and they said for me to send it back and they would adjust the size for me. When I ordered my second bracelet at 7 inches a Customer Service representative called me on the phone to ask if that was the correct size as it was different then my first order. I was shocked and amazed because that never happens. They took the time to call me to make sure that the size was correct. Customer Service is top-notch.
