I absolutely love this bracelet! It pairs beautifully with my other jewelry and doesn't look like the standard cheap medical bracelets that are on the market. It is not only elegant and classy but versatile. Most importantly, it attaches securely to various medical tag options. I love this style so much that I have bought it in all three color options and even purchased back ups. The only issue that I have ever had is if you wear it daily the stones will eventually come loose. I've had this happen with a couple of my bracelets in this style and have needed to repurchase another bracelet to replace the original which can be costly over time. However, I would still highly recommend this purchase because I get compliments on it all the time and Lauren's Hope has always carried great quality items!

Return of incorrect size went well I reordered the bracelet minus the alert and they sent me a return prepaid mailer which I used to mail the incorrect bracelet. When they received my return I received a credit on my credit card.

Although the bracelet is nice the lobster clasp makes it very difficult to hook. I don’t wear my jewelry to bed. I need help to put it on and that is even hard too. Maybe rethink the clasps on the bracelets.
