I ordered the battery to replace the burnt out one in my m17 r3 Alienware laptop and the new battery was a perfect fit. With the same specs/capacity as the original battery, it hold a charge as advertised once it was properly conditioned. I recommend this using LaptopBatteryExpress. com for genuine parts that work!

The supplier had the new replacement OEM Dell battery to me quickly and it fit perfectly. Great service.

I couldn't be happier. Thank you for an excellent product and service!

all good

It's May2026 and my Dell Alienware 17R3 battery is finally dying after five years of service. Investigating battery replacements, there were a number of sub-USD50 batteries to select from with questionable descriptions and reviews. Looking at Laptop Battery Express the offered battery (Dell 69KF2) was twice the amount. A deep dive in the battery sourcing I could see it was an Xtend brand (meaning Samsung lithium-ion cells. ) Wanting to replace the battery once, and not have a replacement explode on me, f*** the cost. The purchase was made. The battery was received in a couple of days, verified it was Samsung manuf, and installed with no issues. 30 days later for this review I can state the battery behavior is perfect. No regrets.
