Needed a battery replaced under warranty, it was a smooth process, with excellent service. I am a return customer and definitely recommend Laptop Battery Express. Excellent value and quality products that they stand behind.

The instructions that came with the battery were clear and easy to follow, the screw drivers fit each of the MacBook screws, but when I tried to charge it up the battery would only rise to 30%. Customer service rep Joel answered my email query promptly, gave me instructions on how to re-boot, and the problem was solved! Highly recommend Laptop Battery Express both for the product and the customer service (and doing the job myself saved about $100 too!)

So far so good. Ask me again in ten months.

It was the wrong size.

Smooth ordering, great customer service!

Fast, friendly service. Good communication.

The battery was a perfect fit, and it arrived fairly quickly.

Battery worked great and was easy to self-install.

great customer service- very happy-

This was my second laptop battery from Laptop Battery Express. The whole experience, from finding the right battery to having it in my hands within less than a week, was great. I wish everyone did business this way.

The battery isn't recognized by the BIOS so cannot be used. It fits fine but is useless.

The battery works great and the complimentary precision screwdrivers to get the job done were a great surprise!

No issues at all. Would buy from here again.

Thank you for being the only retailer willing to ship to Alaska!

Looks like a close-out at 6 bucks, one usbA only and maybe 1 phone charge. Good for the price for sure. No complaints, I gave it a 4 star so others would consider the capacity and one usbA.

Do not staybcharged
