The battery I needed for my Lenovo IdeaPad, arrived in a few days, fit perfectly and provided adequate battery life to use my laptop throughtout the day running solely on battery power. I had previously ordered a battery from another vendor that I returned since it did't quite fit making it unusable. Great job LaptopBatteryExpress!

Just had a chance to install the replacement battery for a 2018 HP spectre x360 and purchased through laptop battery Express. While there are some additional vendors available that offered this battery at various rates, which are potentially lower, a deciding factor of choosing laptop battery Express was the warranty that they offered on the batteries they sell which really helps solidify a great OEM replacement. Shipping was also timely and fast. The battery seems to be operating accordingly now and install was pretty straightforward. Overall very positive experience and would recommend.

Annoying, frequently requests for reviews of their products. So until they STOP SPAMMING ME FOR REVIEWS, they are going to get a 1-star review each time.

The battery fit perfectly, performs as it should, meets all description, and was at a fair price. I’d purchase from here again.

The process to order the battery was very easy , was delivery on time and the replacement battery, fit exactly as the original,with good quality

The customer service has been good. I'm not sure if the products are good products given my limited experience with them so far.

I would highly recommend Laptop Battery Express! They helped me figure out which battery I needed after ordering wrong ones, and they were super helpful with the exchange process, crediting my account and in mailing the wrong ones back. Highly recommend!

Actually got a battery that performed as advertised. Bought a couple of batteries from sellers on ebay that claimed long life and didn't last as long as the worn out battery they were replacing. Very pleased with the purchase.

I needed a replacement battery for my Lenovo laptop. I verified the model battery and ordered it online. It arrived quickly but I saw that it was the short cable and not the long cable shown. I called and was quickly helped without question. A new battery was shipped that day with a return label included. The new battery was received and installed but encountered problems. I worked with Joel to troubleshoot and we determined the battery was not working. I opted to return the battery and continue using the laptop as a desktop without a battery. Although it didn't fix my problem, the earnest customer support is superb and I will return to LaptopBatteryExpress in the future.

Joel had to send another battery because the post office lost the first one but good communication and easy to work with. Thanks AA+++
