Never got my package abd customer service never helped me with this. I'm still paying on this order which I find extremely wrong. My package was not put at my door I never got my item s. Lano dies not help their customers they just ignore them

It’s NECESSARY if you have dry skin You apply it before going to sleep (personally I have very dry eyelids) and when you wake up the day after you have soft, compact and hydrated skin. I suffer from dermatitis around my eyes especially during winter and nothing had my skin looking this great not even the dermatologist cream! I swear it’s life saving😭😭😭 it’s the third time I buy it, I discovers it a few years ago and it last a full year!!!!

I have been purchasing Lanolips products for 8 years and love the item, unfortunately I received a bill from FedEx a month following the purchase stating that I owe the customs fees despite the website saying it is included in the purchase. Unless this is resolved I won't re-purchase.

terrible service. Order still hasn’t arrived. Missed christmas still not here. Correspondence not helpful- blamed Australia post but they said was coming with a different courier. Parcels from everywhere else got here on time but this one has taken weeks with no updates to tracking for the first two weeks. So disappointed. both were xmas gifts, one is christmas themed so a total waste.

The shipping took 3 weeks because the package was misslabeled (wrong adress!) I received the wrong product and wrote to the company to inform them, have had no answer yet, I'm very disappointed!
