Took a long time to ship.

Been waiting over three weeks for my order from Lanolips. Delivery information has not been updated nor has there been any communication regarding my order. Generally love the products but the service (at least from the US store) has been incredibly slow with no communication on what issue has caused the delivery delay.

Not great. I’ll order from Amazon next time for easier return and quicker delivery.

The product is normal

This hand cream has a really unique feeling on the hands that takes time to get used to, but I was really enjoying it. However, now I've noticed that my hands get very dry so often even though I live somewhere very, very humid. I'm starting to wonder if this is causing that.

Items not received

I used it for about two week continuously and it gave my lips eczema and dried them out even more

I still haven’t received my order. I’ve emailed several times receiving the same email reply that that I will hear from someone within 72 hours. It’s the same email and I’ve not received my order.

The packaging it was sent to me in was so poor it arrived damaged and ripped and half falling out. Disappointed

Shipping is extremely slow and unreliable. Did not get any updates on my package for two weeks, and still have not received my package at week 3.
