Items not received

I used it for about two week continuously and it gave my lips eczema and dried them out even more

I still haven’t received my order. I’ve emailed several times receiving the same email reply that that I will hear from someone within 72 hours. It’s the same email and I’ve not received my order.

The packaging it was sent to me in was so poor it arrived damaged and ripped and half falling out. Disappointed
