I love Lane 201, I have had to return a few things sometimes do to the wrong fit or I didn't like the style, I do wish they offered cash refunds and not just store credit.

Absolutely frustrating that returns only are for store credit. Especially when the clothes are cheapily made and nothing is meant for curvier ladies. Just give me my money back.

Unpleasant service. Purchasing the free returns and protection. Plan is just a scam and you don’t get your full money back. Not to mention clothing items are much cheaper, looking and feeling in real life than shown in the photos. Definitely never purchasing from here again mainly from my experience with customer service.
