Love!!!! Would def purch again!

My item was DAMAGED and I could not return it after 48 hours. Mind you, this was around the holiday season when everyone is busy and some businesses are closed. I submitted my return 5 days after package delivery. I will not be a returning customer. What a ludacris policy! You sent me damaged goods. Now I have lost $100. Lane 201 is a scam!
