My biggest issue with shop lane is the return policy, they charge for return shipping. For a good online shopping experience, there needs to be better return option or it can’t be a place I frequently shop due to needing different sizing etc. I get it from a business prescriptive but personally probably wont be a place I shop on a usual basis. If you want to be a frequent place people shop you have to have better return options or to compete with some of the other online retailers. Clothes are super cute, I wish I could shop here more but I don’t have a body where I know my size for everything and don’t want to waste money on back and forth shipping
