Kyte is super easy and nice to shop at love the quality of the clothes and it’s exclusively what my baby wears. Only downfall is returns, that they don’t pay for return shipping super annoying but otherwise awesome.

I had asked the customer service rep about deals/coupons/promotions and was told nothing. Then, I placed an order to find out they were having a discounted sale for Mother’s Day 2 days later. They would not refund my order even though I have not received my purchase yet. I was going to reorder and then return but I think I’ll just return because I do not want to represent a company that doesn’t care about its consumers even though their items are far from cheap.
