Great product- Poor shipping speed
I love this brand and the items are wonderful! However, I hesitate to order as the shipping speed is sooo slow. My daughter is going to out grow the items before they even arrive. It’s a bummer.

BROKEN Sleep Bag Zippers
3 out of my 10 sleep bag zippers are broken after 2-4 months of purchase. The quality of the zippers has gone down and three broken sleep bags are unacceptable! Very disappointed as I used to love their products.

Did Not Receive Item, Customer Service Couldn’t Care Less.
I gave them several opportunities to make my lost birthday gift, right! Not to mention waited over 2 weeks since I chose a 7-10 day delivery, giving the post office time to figure it out. When I asked Kyte Baby about it the response I got was a very professional, “not our problem”, when it leaves the warehouse. Told me to contact their intermediary (DHL), to the post office. DHL gave me a run around, so when I asked Kytebaby again to make it right, they gave me conflicting information on timelines to filing a claim. But of course told me I had to do it. I’m here as a reminder to the general public/consumer, contrary to the narrative the merchant tries to push - they ARE responsible! The post office is NOT a scapegoat and you can do a chargeback for non receipt of an item. Only when I threatened a chargeback did they offer to file a claim for me. Don’t be bullied by companies, this one and others alike, the merchant IS responsible even after it leaves the warehouse. One and done. Never again will I even consider this site, let alone purchase, and will encourage others to stay away as well. Then when I said I wanted my full refund back including the $1 and some change I paid for the route protection, again they told me too bad. That was more of a test of principal than actually caring over a petty $1. Though, I expected to be greeted with the absolute worst response, and that’s what I got. 0/10 recommend that’s for sure. Based off google reviews, it appears I’m not alone, the website should see it too.

We have always loved our Kyte baby clothes. Recently quality has gone down. To make matters worse we won’t be supporting a company who doesn’t support moms.

Not only did the CEO not allow a nicu mother to work remotely, she only allowed 2 week maternity leave!!! While forcing 6 months servitude via a contract prior and after birth! How anyone can support a baby company who treats other mothers and babies like this is DISGUSTING

Not worth the hype
I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of kyte baby products. For how expensive their products are, I'm so surprised that they only last 6 months. I've bought a handful of pyjamas and sleep sacks and wash everything on cold/delicate and always hang to dry, and the pyjamas are now paper thin and have small holes. This is after less than 6 months. I've also purchased baby blanket and was super disappointed after I washed it. When the products first arrive, they're so soft and seem like they're such high quality. Very disappointed.
