Amazing amazing feel and color. I would get 10 more if I could!

I have purchased multiple items Kyte Baby and I love their products but I am incredibly disappointed in my most recent interactions with their customer service and I now question the integrity of this company. I purchased multiple sleep sacks and I did not receive one that I paid for. I understand things happen, so I reached out to see if I can have the sleep sack I paid for sent or to obtain a refund. There was minor damage to the box and because of this minor damage I was told to file a claim with Route to “Request Reimbursement”. The damage was very minor and in no way would be the reason I am missing an item. I reached out to Route as I was advised to but was then told by Route to follow up with Kyte Baby as this is a fulfillment issue. Kyte baby has since stopped responding to my replies. This was clearly an issue on Kyte Baby’s and but they want me to file a claim with Route, instead of taking ownership for their mistake. Situations like this will only cause an increase in shipping insurance.

I have bought hundred of dollars worth of Kyte products both through Kyte directly and through Amazon for my daughter and had planned to continue with the addition of our new baby as I've loved the quality of the products. However, after receiving the wrong size on a sleep bag three times in a row from Kyte through Amazon and getting no resolve from Amazon directly, I reached out to Kyte customer service asking for their assistance. After weeks of back and forth communication, their only resolution was for me to buy a full price item through the Kyte website and they refused to waive the shipping, which I had asked them to do given the circumstances. I understand that the incorrect size from Amazon was not directly their fault, but when a company chooses to partner with a third party, a good company would take some responsibility if there is an issue that goes wrong. I am choosing not to purchase anything else from Kyte as I feel if there is ever an issue with any other size, quality, etc. that would warrant a fix from them, it would be an unnecessary hassle to resolve.

So I waited for a 50% sale to purchase a sleep sack for my baby and continues to wait the estimated 6-8 weeks for said sleepsack, only to receive an email on the 6th week canceling and refunding my order due to overselling. Only thing I was offered was an 20% discount. I am super upset about being forced into being charged more for a discounted item after all this wasted time. Gonna have to go with a different product since this customer service is unacceptable.

I had a negative experience with their customer service after an issue with my order. Their annual sale is a chaotic experience, it’s very hard to order things because the amount of traffic in the site. I finally placed and order and was very excited for my items. Two months later Kyte Baby reaches out to me saying 2 of my products weren’t available and they were refunding me the money…. First of all how did it take you two months to figure this out and second of all can’t you just replace the item with one that is in stock? I spoke with customer service and asked for a replacement and they said “they tried everything and there is nothing the can do, the best is a 20% off coupon”. 20% does not cover the price I paid for the items, that’s a joke. They did nothing to help me, will not purchase from this site again.

I ordered one women’s pajama and added on a small matching colour onesie. Kyte sold out of the main larger item and without notifying me or giving the opportunity to cancel the order when asked they proceed to ship me the add on item with 30$ shipping , making a onesie cost $80CAD. For their lack of stock and not being able to fulfil the order they have made a new mom pay $80 for a $40 item. Very disgusting responses received from them as well and it is no wonder they do not have a phone number you can contact :) will never purchase again

Ordered two pairs of black leggings. Waited SIX business days to inquire on the status of the order since the website says shipping is 3-5 business days. Only AFTER I reached out did I get an email saying my order was cancelled and they couldn’t locate the items. If the item wasn’t available, my order shouldn’t have sat for a week. They gave a lousy 20% off coupon, but I wouldn’t order again - not worth the disappointment. I will stick to the other shops that ship incredibly fast and have great customer service. I will be sharing my experience with my bamboo loving family and friends.

We love our kyte products but they stain quite easily and are a bit too sheer. We can see diapers design through many of the fabrics.

I love the quality of kyte baby products they are so butterfly soft and I love the way they are sensitive for my daughters skin I will definitely keep buying!

I love how sensitive their brand is on my baby’s skin and how cute the prints are! The customer service is also super good they always reply fast and are very understanding and respectful!
