I love the matcha I’ve tried from this brand so far so I decided to test out the hojicha and I was not disappointed. The color is beautiful and even in a latte the roasted flavor stands out. I also could taste notes of chocolate which I really like. I don’t have much experience with hojicha but I really liked this one. I also love the fast shipping.

Really really loved the flavor, I never had loved so much my homemade matcha, and it really made me feel so excited because it tasted like one I can buy in a coffee shop in my town, and nailed the recipe that I saw on social media, and it shipped early and the price it’s good between some I saw on the internet

My first time trying it and i absolutely loved it. I made iced matcha lattes with it and like my matcha pretty strong. I used a tiny bit agave to sweeten and it was so yummy. It had a strong, flavorful, a full profile and is slightly vegetal. I can’t recommend this enough. So good for a organic matcha.

Smooth, sweet, umami. Personality for me I think it tastes better in a koicha or latte form as compared to in a usucha. Overall a very great and well rounded matcha for everyone! The packaging that the matcha was shipped in could’ve been better, as I can see how the current packaging can cause the tin to easily dent.

I had purchased this hojicha and was genuinely impressed by it. I had originally bought it for baking madeleines and they turned out so well with this hojicha being so high quality and strong.
