I ordered the 5 day Vegan cleanse and was truly surprised how fun it was! It’s beautifully designed and I LOVE my insulated hot tea travel mug! I sautéed a mix of zucchini noodles, kale, onions, garlic and cherry tomatoes to add to my dinner soup, and made enough to last the 5 days! Every day at lunch I added fresh spinach to my lunch broth. I boiled water, added it to the broth packet, and then used the little hand blender to blend it thoroughly. Then I buried the spinach in the soup till it wilted! The only packet I didn’t love was the porridge. So in a blender, I added the porridge packet, plant based milk, frozen strawberries and bananas and made a breakfast smoothie and loved it! I truly enjoyed the two teas and the evening drink, so much that I bought them all! The hydration packet I put in a big Stanley cup and added two bottles of water and fresh lemon and kept refilling it all day to get in all of the water I could! I didn’t eat the smoothie packet every day, because I was trying to loose a few pounds quickly and wasn’t starving! So I’ve saved them to eat when I need a quick meal! In the end, I lost 5lbs and wasn’t tortured! I usually drink a few glasses of Chardonnay in the evening, but with the teas, didn’t miss it!!!!

I love Kroma! After the 5-day Reset, I continued the program because I felt so good! I lost 5 lbs (and after a month, kept the weight off) and have significantly less inflammation.

Loved the deluxe edition reset! I feel a difference and am down a few pounds! I will be purchasing the smoothies and matcha latte to incorporate into my everyday routine!

I recently completed the 5 day reset. I was nervous because I have a hearty appetite and I was afraid I would be starving. I was wrong! I never felt hungry and, instead, felt satisfied every day. I felt full and wasn’t even able to drink the optional protein shake offered each day. I truly wasn’t hungry! All of the products tasted great, although I wasn’t super impressed with the cookie butter. I lost almost 5 pounds. I also lost the brain fog and bloated feelings I had before, which is wonderful! It was so easy to follow the numbered, color coordinated packets daily. These are beautifully packaged with inspiring quotes to keep you motivated! Kroma truly thought of everything with these products. I have just reordered my favorites, which are the matcha latte, porridge, super greens elixer (when back in stock), chicken broth, and cranberry elixer. I will continue my journey with Kroma! Now I’m loving all the recipes that are provided and the app makes it super easy to access them. Thank you Kroma for putting so much time and effort into this reset! It’s perfect!

I listened to Kristin Cavallari pod cast and she was talking about how wonderful your 5 day cleanse was to get her back on track. So I gave it a try and absolutely loved it. I lost 7 pounds in 5 days and then bought some products like the beauty matcha, pourage, cinnamon vanilla shake mix, chai latte after I completed it. I will do it again soon.
