The kroma reset was my first time ever doing a detox and I am very happy with my results! I was able to modify the lunch and dinner broths by adding a protein and veggie source which kept me feeling energized and nourished. I loved the protein powder and cookie butter! I was able to go about my normal activity and had improved digestion, less bloating and more energy/better sleep. This plan works great for someone who wants to lose a few pounds and reset their gut. 10/10 and I ordered more of the chicken broth and protein powder!

Electrolytes powder is amazing staple to add to my water. Don’t love the taste of the vanilla protein powder but it’s quality. Always love the beauty matcha

I enjoyed how easy this program was to follow, never felt hungry and enjoyed how everything tasted. Especially loved the smoothies when I made them with half water/half alt milk, 1/2 a banana, 1/2 cup frozen berries and a tablespoon of OMG cookie butter. I have more energy now and don't feel the need for a midday coffee. I also lost 7 lbs at the end.
