Food tasted good and I wasn’t hungry during the entire 5-day period I could tell that my kidneys & digestive system were being flushed out Will definitely do this re-set again!

My experience with my Kroma reset was nothing short of amazing. At the completion of the reset, my skin looked better than it has in years. My bloating that I had been struggling with for months was gone. My energy levels were surprisingly so much better than expected, and I did not feel overly hungry or deprived during the reset. My sleep was AMAZING, as was my mood. I have not felt this great overall in longer than I can remember. I am so happy with the results of my reset, and I will definitely consider repeating the reset a few time per year. This was my first five day cleanse and it was wonderful! The products are top notch and I felt fantastic. Will be doing it every quarter!

I did the reset program while my family was in the midst of moving houses. It’s such a hectic time and it can be hard to maintain my usual healthy habits. I loved the comfort that having Kroma gave me. I also found that the afternoon vitality latte filled a similar purpose for me as having a glass of wine – but so much healthier. That was probably my favorite part. Will definitely do this again during hectic times when I need extra nutrition and comfort.
