I was never hungry while doing this program. I also never finished all of the packets for each day, I usually had 2-4 packets leftover each day. The flavors were terrible and I find adding cinnamon helped with some of the flavor. I definitely felt better even after 1 day of the program. I lost 4-5 lbs and my skin looks very clear. One area I struggled with was taking time to do the meditation. I realize part of my struggle is not carving out enough me time. I can see myself ordering more of these systems to incorporate into my daily routines. The app is helpful, I just forgot to check in when I would eat or fast. But I was glad to have a place to refer back to for support or questions. The chocolate square each day was excellent!

Easy to navigate website.

I was anxious going into my first reset. The daily meditation helped set the stage and the right positive mindset. I chose to do the ‘Lifestyle’ protocol, and without any added solid foods. While I certainly missed eating per normal, the stages of packets are perfectly coordinated and the nutrients kept me feeling adequately ‘full’ and energized. The way you feel- no bloat and clean, is something your body wants to get used to. I set here about to re-introduce diet back and will take the lessons with me. I plan to ‘reset’ every quarter. All should do this.

A favorite household product!

I’ve invested in a lot of wellness products over the years, but this was by far the best. I felt noticeably different within 2 days. I plan to keep up a dairy free, egg free lifestyle with many of the products.

This was the best reset I’ve ever done. I usually do some kind of cleanse/fast after the new year to break the sugar addiction I acquired over the holidays. This one was doable, enjoyable, satisfying and I felt great the whole time. I’ve even developed some new healthy habits from it.
