I was so surprised when I tried your matcha for the first time. It is so good, even my husband is enjoying it. Thank you so much for a great product.

I chose kroma because of the high protein and also I thought having all the different packets each day would keep my mind off being hungry. I wasn’t hungry at all and I continued my workouts-biking, hiking, pilates, rowing. I enjoyed all of the “food” except the supergreens elixir and plan to order more of the matcha, cranberry hydration, porridge, and protein mix. I admit to having 1 cup of coffee day 2-5 after a continuing “lack of caffeine” headache. Normally I have 3 cups of very strong coffee each morning and so to me 1 cup is a win. I feel good and not deprived and believe that this will be something I do every 3-4 months.

I felt so great doing the cleanse and plan to do it again quarterly. In the meantime I purchased several of the bulk items and I am maintaining parts of the cleanse. I did not feel hungry at all the entire time. I only lost a couple of pounds but I was doing it less for weight loss and more for help with inflammation which I totally achieved! I look forward to the next one!

just generally good stuff. keep to the basics, and they have you covered. I hate plastic packaging, but that's the only negative I can find.

I ordered the 5 day reset deluxe. The packaging was beautiful. More importantly, the reset was so easy to follow. I felt full the entire time and the food was amazing! I have never felt better after completing a reset. I lost a few pounds (which was not my goal, my goal was to feel better and eat better) my skin looks healthy and my overall wellness is the highest it’s ever been. I feel light, happy and energized. I will definitely incorporate this reset into my quarterly routine! I will also be ordering the Beauty Matcha, Super Porridge, Bone Broth and Hydration Elixir for my daily routine. Ordering was so easy, and everything was delivered on time.

I bought 2 Colostrum cones. My teen and I are each taking the colostrum 1st thing in the morning, 30 min before breakfast. It’s easy, yummy, easy on the stomach, and hopefully with consistency will heal our leaky guts caused by COVID. We don’t absorb vitamins properly due to our leaky guts and human colostrum just makes sense to try. Our nails are noticeably growing faster, I’m sure our hair is too but it’s been 3 weeks so far.

Kroma has so many Hero products! I have my favorites, but the whole line up of Wellness products are excellent! My experience with Kroma has been very good! I really thought I was going to starve during this cleanse; however, I was surprised how I never felt hungry! The five days went by very fast and I felt so much lighter and healthier after. I am using this cleanse as a springboard for weight loss. I definitely plan on doing it again in another 6 months to help me reach my goals!

The Kroma 5 day reset is just that, a reset and redirect to better decision making when it comes to the nourishment we are putting in our bodies. I was worried about being hungry, but there were 2 days I couldn’t get through my packets. I was never hungry, energy felt great, and I felt nourished and concious of the food I was putting in my body during and especially after I finished! I am gearing to do another 5 day reset (I did the BOGO sale), have already purchased the big bag of porridge & only want to drink the matcha latte every day of my life forever now. 10/10 would recommend- will do again!
