Love the bone broths! Great way to start the day

I did the 5-Day Reset a few weeks ago, lost 9 pounds, and ordered a bunch of the products to continue using in my everyday life. I have more energy, my hormones feel balanced, my gut health and digestion is sooo much better. Everything is just working better.

I absolutely loved the five day reset! I’ve done plenty of cleanses where I felt like I was starving myself and ended up eating worse after because I was so depleted. When I was on the Kroma five day reset, I felt full and amazing!! I had plenty of energy, my stomach shrunk, I lost 9 1/2 pounds in the 5 days! And have continued eating smaller meals, as well as healthy. It really puts awareness in what you’re eating as you don’t realize how much food has hidden sugar until you start researching. It was actually a lot of fun finding ways to prepare my food differently. The only thing I didn’t like was that every lunch and dinner is bone broth. It gets a little repetitive, even though I was preparing it many different ways, by the end I don’t think I’ll drink any form of bone broth for another year lol but other than that, everything was great! I absolutely loved it!
