Customer Service at the Korean Toy Shop is first rate! Our item came super quickly, with plenty of email updates, and it arrived in perfect condition all the way from South Korea (to Texas). The item itself (a great toy fire/police station complete with ramps, elevators, car bays and cars) is not available here. We were very pleased to find it on Korean Toy Shop's website and to learn that they ship to the US. And of course our little grandsons are going to be delighted on Christmas morning!

It's a bit expensive for what it is. I would have expected that the model would have more options like being able to open the trunk, back doors, or hood. Otherwise it's fine.
