Well, it started out kind of rocky, being sent the wrong items. But I called, and they sent out the right order very quickly in time for Christmas, and offered a great deal on what was originally sent. I bought those gifts as well. Customer Service at the Korean Toy Shop is first rate! Our item came super quickly, with plenty of email updates, and it arrived in perfect condition all the way from South Korea (to Texas). The item itself (a great toy fire/police station complete with ramps, elevators, car bays and cars) is not available here. We were very pleased to find it on Korean Toy Shop's website and to learn that they ship to the US. And of course our little grandsons are going to be delighted on Christmas morning!
