I ordered a product that came with a free gas tank fill measurement magnet. I ordered it using the steps provided and it's been stuck in another statement per shipping. I reached out to Kona support with no response.

Received damaged merchandise, emailed seller several times, only to have emails returned as non-deliverable. Put item in dispute, Credit Card Co. has contacted seller, STILL NO RESPONSE. Unacceptable customer service, as well as damaged product …. Note damage to product did not occur in the shipping process, but a damaged product was shipped to me—meaning damage occurred to product PRIOR to shipment. So no quality control in shipping and absolutely no communication from seller. Extremely disappointed.

Kona - knocked it out of the ballpark, I wasn’t sure what to expect the qualify of these pellets worked supremely with this indoor smoker my chicken was aromatic moist and DELICIOUS the smoke rings were on point. Nothing bland about these pellets.

I've been trying to make a warranty claim for one of their bbq brushes since June 2025. Despite agreeing that the brush has failed and offering to replace it, its now October 2025 with no update in months and no sign of any replacement. I see no other route but to flag to other potential and existing customers that this business's warranty if non-existent and their customer service appalling. Avoid.

Price, speed of shipping!

I placed 2 Black Ice Packs in my insulated bag with my frozen food and made sure that the bag was zipped close. However within 12 hours the food had either thawed completely or was in the process of thawing 😫I able to save some and other items had to be thrown away because I couldn’t refreeze the items. I’m not sure now exactly what the Kona’s Black Ice Pack purpose really is. But I had the biggest disappointment when I opened those insulated bags in less than 24 hours and my food was ruined. I don’t know what I did wrong I followed the instructions as best I knew how. Thanks for the opportunity to share my experience with the product. Please answer this question are the Kona Black Ice Packs made to keep frozen food? And why did the packs themselves thaw as well after following the instructions and being frozen for 2 days before using?

Only place I could get charcoal pellets

The order was short one set of samples. I ordered two and only got one but was charged with two shippings. I sent an email to support and have not heard back from them at all. Now you want my opinion, you got it. Check your emails. I sent pictures and suggested you check your shipping log for the weight of the package to prove you only sent our one order, the package will have only weighed a little less than half what a double order would have.

The item that I purchased seems to be of high quality and arrived promptly. I had some questions in regards to the shipping of the item. The customer service people are amazing. There were very quick responses to my emails and a response to my issue that was above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely use them again. I thought good customer service was a thing of the past! Great service from people that seem to care about the customer.

The order was accepted, the payment was processed and then a couple of days later the payment was refunded with no explanation. I would have appreciated an email saying the item was out of stock, discontinued or whatever the reason was the order got canceled.
