I really love these shoes!! I’m extremely happy with them!! 💖 I would say for anyone considering to get a size up as others recommended but otherwise everything else of this shoe I love! I just want to say, I did receive the wrong colour at first but the customer service was incredibly helpful and got me the pink in about a week of first contacting them! So I want to say how thankful I am for the help and being extremely lovely to talk to 💖

I first got the wrong size (there was a mixup between the size written on the box and the size of the shoes inside) but once I reported it they immediately delivered the boots in the right size which arrived a few days later.

Shipping to Poland was quick. Unfortunately, the payment was converted from EUR to GBP, and even though I used a GBP payment card, I was charged in EUR and lost about EUR 20 on this transaction. The store automatically adjusted the amount to EUR when I paid from Poland, and it was an unfavorable conversion. I would prefer to choose the currency and have the appropriate shipping cost rather than lose money on the currency conversion.

Absolutely top notch customer service and good sizing advice and total bargain shoes, they were only £12. 99! Plus p+P. They were well packaged and were despatched quickly. My only niggle is I can't drive in them - maybe you should design some with a detachable driving sole on! Lol.

The representative. I chatted with was very polite… However, my item still hasn’t even shipped when it was supposed to arrive in 3 to 9 days… I received an email to rate the product before it has even arrived. And no one seems to know when it will arrive or when it will ship.

The process time was a bit long but the shoes are really great. About the process time, it took like around a week to get them to be shipped. I would have liked to know the process time as it shipped when it said the shoes would arrive. Overall, still a great store and I'll definitely order more 😊

Very pretty shoes however the ankle strap is very short & the holes are difficult to line up with the ‘hand’ fastener, a velcro fastening under the hand would be more practical.
