Although Koi does not do half sizes, my feet fit these low heeled Mary Janes perfectly, where as the bigger heeled MJs my feet slide forward quite a bit. ordering is simple, and delivery is a couple of days tops. Hope they bring some other quirky ranges in soon!

Express delivery abroad (Poland), one thing is that one of the two boxes got to pretty trashed, thankfully the shoes inside were unharmed. Could be chalked up to me purchasing shoes from sale and the long route so I don't necessarily mind, but thought I'd mention as it could be a bigger deal to someone in the future or buying from you for a gift

First initial pair that arrived had some flaws, but after contacting KOI they immediately were so helpful and gracious to send me a new pair completely for free, which were also in perfect condition! So happy!!
