Customer service phenomenal. I accidentally ordered to my old address and the issue was sorted swiftly before they were dispatched. A godsend because I’d just snapped my previous shoe mid performance on stage the week before and had no backup options for my next performance 😅😂

The delivery was fast, and the quality is excellent—as you can see in the photo, they’re even more beautiful in person. They’re also super comfortable! This was my first time buying from this brand, but I would definitely buy from them again.

As a regular shopper of KOI footwear, I highly recommend their Mary Jane shoes. They’re cute, fun and comfortable.

Good communication, really fast shipping and great presentation. Love the fact they do large sizes, but a shame that so many are put of stock in my size. Had an issue with material quality, but that could be a one off. If/when others come back in stock, I will give them another go for sure.
