Got an email asking to rate them but didnt shoes - but didn’t get the shoes. Also didnt get an email saying there were delivered. Can’t track them as it is coming from the USPS.

Only positives I can give as a feedback, I received updates of each stages of delivery, item was sent by Royal Mail, finally a company that uses reliable delivery over the worse ones.

Arrived in a week, which is great, I live in Belgium. I sized up, which was a good choice because they fit perfectly. I'm usually a EU39, but I bought a EU40. They feel great and I'm planning on wearing them on my wedding day in the summer of 2026! :)

The website could use a bit of work. For example, it didn’t show me all trainers when I clicked on trainers. It also would have been really satisfying to see how much money I saved, for example during the Black Friday sale. But other than that I am very happy with my purchase and the service.

Perfect delivery, there was a mistake in the address but the agency called to confirm. They came perfectly packed, very well protected.
