Came quick and I'm in the US (so imagine THAT nightmare). Wicked comfy, even with the added height (and it wasn't too much so that I had to readjust my cane height, so that was dope). The image is bright, clear, and definitely hi-res. I've gotten compliments and some folks who laughed hysterically. CLEARLY Team Charlie is the right team to be on. Honestly, one of my best purchases and a highlight of 2026.

Customer service great. Would have given 5 stars but for the sizing and return policy. Used the online size chart to measure foot to order correctly but shoes and boots vary and there was a one inch difference from the size 4 on the chart to the size 4 shoe. Having to pay for returns when the inaccuracy was not mine is hard to stomach (Koi agreed to waiver). That aside everything about the experience (styles, delivery, comfort) is amazing!!! Have since ordered more boots!
