The whole experience was great. The online support was superb, with a special thank you to Taylor. The "cushy sofa bed" is good quality and simple to assemble. The sheets are divine. Delivery was simple and as agreed. Not a problem at all. Thank you, I will recommend in future to others.

Simple setup. The mattress is comfortable and significantly reduces movement on my partner's side when I am restless.

Sofa and armchair
I got a couch and an armchair from koala. The gum leaf green cushy sofa bed is comfortable and such a nice colour. It folds out super easily into a low set bed.There's no fold out legs or springs and I love that. The armchair I got was the high back armchair in the cream colour. It was a little squeeze to get in the door but looks great. It's a fairly upright seat but I enjoy this for days where my back is sore and I want a little more support- or when I'm working at my computer, from this armchair. Koala, had good delivery. And setting up the sofa bed was a breeze- with only a few points to connect all the pieces. I didn't need any tools to connect the pieces it provided the pieces and they were simple to use. I also called koala support once or twice while waiting for my deliveries to check on delivery dates etc and they were helpful and easy to communicate every time.

Easy to assemble, looks great and very comfy. The product Is better than I expected. I thought the tinny grey would have been slightly more grey but has in my opinion a light green in it. Still looks great and very happy
