Firstly, I waited an extra month from the expected delivery date (approx 4 months in total - but I understood bc of Covid). However, service of delivery: I received two delivery date changes on the day around delivery time. Early notice would have been appreciated. Bc of Covid they will not bring package up to my unit third floor. I have received most deliveries to my front door, including heavy packages. Still I was okay as I got help… The huge boxes they don’t take back - it took longer to clean up packaging then the set up sofa bed. Finally, after one week of use, the arm rest sides came detached (the screws broke off). Aside from the unpleasant new furniture smell (faded now) we loved the sofa bed. My girls have slept twice on the sofa bed. It’s been over a week and I have not heard back since my call to customer service.

The cushy sofa bed is a real winner for us on looks, comfort and colour. So glad we chose the gum leaf colour - adds a sense of richness and style, as it's subtle and cool. I have spent hours now reading on our Koala sofa bed in its iteration as a sofa - it's now become my go-to place for reading. The sofa bed enabled us to transform a spare bedroom to a multi-purpose lounge/bedroom. We were reluctant to get a sofa bed at first because I've had too many nights in my life sleeping on friends' really uncomfortable sofa beds - a pain in the xxx to put together and fold up and really uncomfortable to sleep on - with back-aching springs, bars, lumps and sagging. The cushy sofa bed however is easy to roll down and roll up and really firm - which I like. And no springs or bars or sagging or lumps! Oh and we Ioved the little surprise that comes with the package - but I'm not telling!!

Need more upfront info re delivery timeframes / delays and more notice to be provided when a delay is experienced. Also, don’t start bad news comms with G’day- it’s disrespectful. The product is beautiful though- really happy with eventual result.

The delivery service from Richard the courier was exceptional! He had a huge smile and was a good laugh. Truly went above and beyond all couriers I’ve come across. The delivery when I first ordered it had expected delays and with covid and manufacturing it’s kinda expected. So it was a happy surprise when it came a week earlier then it was supposed to. The YouTube video on how to assemble it made it pretty straight forward and didn’t really need to read the manual as it was that easy. The only bummer is smell of the couch. It’s been a couple of weeks and the chemical smell is still there. Not sure if there is a way for that to be reduced.
