Service and communication was excellent. The courier phoned on day of delivery to advise where he was and that he would be delivery later that day. He was very professional and courteous and took a great deal of care transporting the packages from the van into my home. All my dealings with your company have been very positive.

Pretty good, would have helped if the person I spoke to for the support told me there was a thermostat underneath the base of the heater, if they knew their product, they really should have known this. The installer didn't tell me about this either, not sure if he knew or not.

This product is a game changer! Got it for my husband as he struggles with insomnia and is a hot sleeper, but I didn't realise how much of a difference a cool bed would make to the quality of my sleep as well! I was worried about the noise as I'm a very light sleeper, but it's similar to having a fan running, and because it is constant and steady it doesn't keep me awake at all. We've had it for about 4 months now and use it EVERY night, even now in winter. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because there are a few little features missing that I'd like to see added to make it the perfect product. For example, the remote doesn't show you the temperature, which means you have to get down on the floor and look under the bed to check the temperature read out on the unit. But we tend to not change the temperature that often now that we've found what works best for us, so it's only a minor inconvenience. Would highly recommend purchasing this product for anyone on the fence and thinking about it! We recommend it to all our friends and family. It was definitely a luxury splurge for us, and we debated for AGES before finally purchasing, but it's been such a worthwhile investment and the drastic improvement in our sleep has paid for itself so many times over!

Delivery was brilliant for living in a rural remote area. Set up was reasonably easy. We love our sauna.
