The service I received from all involved, from sales, assembly to technical issues was good 👍. Unfortunately the electrical installation service was not great 😕.

Overall does what it says and helps me sleep. However, hot air exhaust heats the room. I manage by keeping doors, windows and fan running.

Good fast delivery

Delivery and service was amazing. Just a little miscommunication between the sales team and the one organizing the installation. I was given 2 towels and a bottle of cleaner to compensate. The towels are lovely. My family and I are loving our new sauna. Praise Jesus it was made in Australia too.

Purchase was easy but the delivery company but were not very good, the item was sitting at the depot for over a week before they delivered after I followed up.

We researched Infrared Saunas and found the Kiva Rise suited our needs and budget. It is perfect! The best Sauna I have had, better than those we have paid for! Plugs straight into a standard power point, heats up fast, audio and lights are great. Delivery and assembly was easy! Looking forward to regular sauna sessions in our home.

I love my Kiva ice bath! I feel so energised after 5 minutes at 10C - it’s like a full mental and physical reset. Ian and his team were a pleasure to work with in getting the tub up our driveway and into place. Highly recommend!

The sauna was shipped promptly, there was a slight hiccup with the set up, but Kiva's excellent after sales service rectified the issue promptly. They also acted very promptly when I had an issue with my red light. I can't speak highly enough of their after sales service - it is first class. I think this important as many companies don't want to know you after they have got the sale.

It looks beautiful. It heats beautifully. My sleep and recovery has improved dramatically. Heat distribution is a bit uneven as no front or under seat heating. Still happy with the purchase

EVERYONE SHOULD OWN ONE! Wanting a infared sauna prior to Xmas 2025 was essential for family and friends at Xmas - and Kiva delivered and installation by Ash was very smooth. There was an issue with the control panel, however Elaine handled this professionally and totally understood the need to have this rectified prior to Xmas - and it was! Highly recommend the Kiva Wellness sauna - cabin outdoor - and you will feel the difference almost immediately! Phil.
