Delivery and service was amazing. Just a little miscommunication between the sales team and the one organizing the installation. I was given 2 towels and a bottle of cleaner to compensate. The towels are lovely. My family and I are loving our new sauna. Praise Jesus it was made in Australia too.

Purchase was easy but the delivery company but were not very good, the item was sitting at the depot for over a week before they delivered after I followed up.

We researched Infrared Saunas and found the Kiva Rise suited our needs and budget. It is perfect! The best Sauna I have had, better than those we have paid for! Plugs straight into a standard power point, heats up fast, audio and lights are great. Delivery and assembly was easy! Looking forward to regular sauna sessions in our home.

I love my Kiva ice bath! I feel so energised after 5 minutes at 10C - it’s like a full mental and physical reset. Ian and his team were a pleasure to work with in getting the tub up our driveway and into place. Highly recommend!

The sauna was shipped promptly, there was a slight hiccup with the set up, but Kiva's excellent after sales service rectified the issue promptly. They also acted very promptly when I had an issue with my red light. I can't speak highly enough of their after sales service - it is first class. I think this important as many companies don't want to know you after they have got the sale.

It looks beautiful. It heats beautifully. My sleep and recovery has improved dramatically. Heat distribution is a bit uneven as no front or under seat heating. Still happy with the purchase

The outdoor IR Sauna is great. I found it easy to order online and it was delivered unassembled to my house within a reasonable timeframe. It took my son and I about two days to assemble and paint it he sauna. The videos really helped with that aspect as the instructions were lacking in some detail. Once up and running Ive used it at least four times a week and really appreciate how relaxed I feel after a session.

I bought the circadian sleep pod after a recommendation from friends, I’m a hot sleeper and this has improved my sleep so much , I have it under a light weighted mattress topper and I can feel the coolness of it , such a difference to my sleep , I have a heavy doonah on top as that’s how I like to sleep , marvellous :)

Love it. I have a neurological condition that makes it difficult to control my body temperature, and the Kiva mattress topper keeps my body temperature at an even level all night and I’m sleeping through the night now for the first time in ages. The control unit is really quiet and the remote makes adjusting the temperature really easy.
