I recently purchased a Kiva Sauna and couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the moment it arrived, the quality and craftsmanship were obvious – everything feels solid, thoughtfully designed, and built to last. The setup process was straightforward, and once running, it delivered an incredible experience. The heat distribution is perfectly balanced, and the cedar has the most beautiful natural aroma that makes every session feel like pure luxury. It heats up quickly, stays consistent, and creates that authentic, relaxing atmosphere you’d expect from a high-end sauna. Beyond the product itself, the customer service was outstanding. Every question I had was answered promptly and with genuine care. It’s rare to find a company that combines excellent products with equally excellent service. I now look forward to my sauna sessions every day – it has become the best part of my wellness routine. If you’re considering a sauna, I cannot recommend Kiva Sauna highly enough!

Amazing Customer Service, highly recommend!!

The purchase of the Kiva 2 person full spectrum was easy with timely responses to questions. Payment was easy and shipment was through a great carrier. The sauna works well. The installation of 40 minutes is probably a little ambitious and the instruction booklet could have a bit more detailed but my wife and I managed to complete the process no problems. Kiva are always quick to respond to emails and are helpful. The lifetime warranty on the full spectrum is great - hopefully not needed. All in all good value for money. One suggestion would be to have a more substantive dust cover on top - timber would be good.

The Rise 3 person sauna is great! Easy to use, plenty of room (for a 6’7” bloke and his wife) and gets up to 65 degrees and ready to use in under 30 mins. Ambient light choices are great and the Bluetooth audio seems reliable and helps to pipe in relaxing music. Can’t fault the sauna at all. While researching saunas, this was the tallest, widest, hottest, best value and quickest (free) delivery among comparable units in the same general price range. My only constructive feedback would be that the installation video shows a smaller unit being assembled and while the installation really is that simple, the front panel of the 3 person unit which contains all the glass is very heavy and could benefit from the help of a 3rd person to hold the other three walls steady while two people lift it in to place. Awesome unit and very happy with it so far!

Kiva was a dream to work with. Super responsive, quick delivery, and amazing - above and beyond after sales service. The product is of the highest quality and we absolutely love the Rise+ 4 person sauna. Very roomy easily fits 4 people. Best decision EVER!!
