Love it. I have a neurological condition that makes it difficult to control my body temperature, and the Kiva mattress topper keeps my body temperature at an even level all night and I’m sleeping through the night now for the first time in ages. The control unit is really quiet and the remote makes adjusting the temperature really easy.

Amazing Customer Service, highly recommend!!

The purchase of the Kiva 2 person full spectrum was easy with timely responses to questions. Payment was easy and shipment was through a great carrier. The sauna works well. The installation of 40 minutes is probably a little ambitious and the instruction booklet could have a bit more detailed but my wife and I managed to complete the process no problems. Kiva are always quick to respond to emails and are helpful. The lifetime warranty on the full spectrum is great - hopefully not needed. All in all good value for money. One suggestion would be to have a more substantive dust cover on top - timber would be good.
