Did a lot of research on which system for our home. Made the right choice. Fair price, excellent communication, easy to install (used a plumber - installed outside) and almost hidden from sight. Water change was immediate. No smell, water was cleaner, fresher and my skin and hair Love It!. Changing the cartridges down the road very simple as well. Great Choice and loving it. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service

I did not receive the 3/4”-1” bushings that were listed in the shipping agreement. It cost me an additional $12 at the hardware store. Other than that I am extremely happy with my installation and my much improved water quality. I have forwarded your product to many of my neighbors.

Other than having to work off a ladder because of where my main comes into the house everything was fine. I had to use my own Tapcons, yours didn't like my concrete, haha!
