very happy so far! wasn't happy at all with delivery. who ever you used dumped it in a snow drift ¼ mile from my house & not even close to my mailbox. my ¼ mile lane was plowed and other deliveries were delivered right to my door. if it wasn't for being notified that it was delivered I would not have even looked. it wasn't until 2 days later. Super fast service and delivery

If you are comfortable with basic plumbing and have good access to the water main, it is simple to install. We installed it a week ago and already see/feel the benefits. The chalky buildup on the stainless steel kitchen sink is gone. The glasses come out of the dishwasher spotless. The water "feels" softer. Well done!

Shopping and shipping was easy

Great system for ease of installation and maintenance. Turned our horribly hard, smelly city water into soft, pleasant water with no smell. I'm very impressed. Compared to our old conventional system, I'd say this system is far better. No monthly salt refilling, no electricity needed, no parts to break or maintenance. It's a great system! Highly recommend!

This is a great Water System and is a low cost of ownership. The 2 Filters are good for 80,000 gallons and the Final Filter 3, million gallons. I had a plumber install my system. No Chlorine Taste, No white stuff on the faucets, the bathtub ring is gone. This is a NO SALT system so it is good for your home and the water table as no water is wasted. I did have a plumber Install My System. I received my Kind-E-3000 in great shape and the Kind Customer Service is great. The installation manual is very clear and I gave it to my plumber who did the installation. Be sure to install the System By Pass Method of Installation Number 1 as recommended by my plumber.
