Horrific experience all in all. 1. Ordered a part from Kia.parts and paid extra for “standard” ground shipping. Paid what is essentially the carrier’s published rates. 2. Part was not in stock. By sheer happenstance a stock part arrived a few days after I ordered, otherwise it would have been an additional 7-10 days. 3. My order sat unshipped for days because the shipping guy was out sick and NOBODY ELSE COULD LOG IN TO THE SYSTEM. 4. Because of the urgency of my order, I sent a prepaid shipping label to the dealer. They kindly refunded the $30 shipping, but on the day the package was ultimately delivered, re-charged the $30 to my credit card. This has been THE worst transactional experience I have ever had.

Great pricing quick service

I found exactly what I needed. Much better quality than one Amazon was promoting as a generic solution to my Kia hatchback strut failure. The Kia dealership wanted the parts plus $250 installation. I found a video on YouTube the parts cost me $100 and my husband took 10 minutes to install them. And he’s not even to fixer kind of guy!

230 in damages to parts improperly shipped. Was told by guy in the Arizona kia dealership parts said it wasn't like that when shipped. Everything was just tossed together in box and dust shields were supposed to be in factory packaging was not and wiper cowel had factory air cushion on ends minus the rest it comes shipped in. Luckily everything else was undamaged. The dust shields were bent and cowel scraped, gouged and cracked in one spot so I'll have to repair that 160 at my local dealership paid 123 and ordered 2 right side dust shields 30 a piece when what i ordered was 20 and 25 doubt they will replace the cowel and refund the bent dust shields so i won't buy from them again and here's hoping the knuckles aren't damaged This is my experience with them

I ordered a fuel pump for my 2011 Kia Sportage and I installed it myself. The part was exact and it’s been 2 month where I’m driving the car without any issues. If anything my car drives better and my gas guage readings are read exactly as expected. I ordered the fuel pump, O-ring, and lock ring. Everything is perfect and at a better price than compared to 3 other online competitors. So I’m writing this review as a followup to my purchase and business with this online company.
