A tad slow on shiping.

The parts I ordered are superb and of high quality. However when I went to the dealership to pickup the parts, I ask the Parts Department to review the order and see if the OEM parts match and one of them did not. Luckily they did have the correct one in stock. Someone had placed in the box the wrong one. The other part number was correct. The box was sealed and that's when I asked to open to verify.

usually very good service. this time was disappointing. forgot to pack the oil filter and needed to give refunded and then the drain plug gasket that was not in the package also. Out of three parts I only received one.
