Nathan Brown was extremely helpful to me hen I called him. He guided me as to what I needed to do to resolve my issue with the part. five starts for sure!

Customer service was really poor and hardly a service. I've never been spoken to with the level of rudeness this individual had. I called to ask for an estimate of when my order could be fulfilled because three days passed after I placed my online order without a confirmation email. The person replied "We'll get to it when we get to it." Then he continued to be short with me saying an email was sent and they're busy with hundreds of orders to get to. That was irrelevant to my concern as a customer. I eventually received my ordered part without an email except from USPS. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this business. Customers return because of the experience, not just the product.

Wrong part received and not responding to emails

It was wrong part. I didn't know if I picked the part or accidentally wrong part was shipped.

Part said it was high gloss black. Other parts similar said gray so I ordered the black. Received and it was dull gray. Called and they said all parts are the same and I have to paint it myself. Very misleading, won't purchase from them again.
