USPS shows my oder shipped out of AZ on 2-10-22, its 2-17-22 and says In Transit to Next Facility, looks like your using Parcel Select, going on 8 days is not good at all.

The parts I needed were exactly what I ordered. except I didn't know there were no bolts with them, so now I'm going to have to spend more money to get those.

Parts arrived on time , and was exactly what I needed.

No problems for me. Goid first experience. Ordered windshield washer pump and grommet to fix the apparently-common issue with washer fluid leaking for certain Kia models. The parts I ordered showed up when they were supposed to (I paid for overnight shipping). Got the correct parts too. Price was comparable to other dealers. Hopefully I don't need too many parts for my Kia, but if I do, I'll consider shopping here again.

Parts arrived in a reasonable time and appear to be the ones ordered...have not installed them yet. However, the shipping costs are obscenely high. If you can get your parts locally, the total cost will probably be less.

Takes way to long to recieve parts waited 3to 4 weeks . So far no parts yet.

Lead time to get parts is horrible.
