Never had an issue with any orders. All orders are packaged and delivered quickly. A lovely added bonus is that by signing up you earn points on what you spend and can convert that into money off vouchers.

The website was fine. The delivery was short, and the customer service response was appalling, but I did get the matters resolved after I phoned the trade sales department because customer services weren't picking up calls or answering emails. All resolved eventually, but not exactly as it should be. And sending customers 10% off their first order AFTER they've completed the first order, isn't good PR. More like a slap round the face.

Don’t pack so many tubs together please. Heavy for driver and me to move when you do. One tub was shattered due to FOUR tubs being put in one box. Not good.
