Today I collected my click & collect at the corby stop, the lady who got my order was so very helpful with other information for my little Doxies  & my cat it was a pleasure thank you 🤩

We took our cat to try their in-house grooming services. We requested for a good brush and claw clipping (to the wick as our vets usually do). Before the negative review, I will state their mannerism/customer service is diligent. Also, We were happy with the brushing service. HOWEVER, I believe the clipping service was extremely disappointing and I believe a bad-taste method to make the public returning customers. After visiting the first time we found the team actually missed a couple of claws on each paw, therefore, we returned and they happily cut his claws free of charge which was expected, respected and hence we returned home. We later found out the service was again almost as bad. Had they cut it well, we would have been recommending their services.

Just wanted to say what a brilliant cut you gave Scooby on Monday I can't remember the lovely girl who groomed him..but a big thank you,he had his booster injection yesterday & the vet said she loved his cut......xx

Have constant problems on the site firstly with search tool and then when I get to shipping it says it cannot deliver to my address despite having dog food delivered there before. Appalling customer service. There chat line was not working, telephone line not answering and they.have failed to respond to my email I sent about 10 hours ago. I previously got 47 bashed tins sent to me. They were very good and refunded me in full. I thought I would try them again. My order was accepted but 1 day later they phoned to say not In stock. Why was order accepted? Tried today to reorder but as described above would not accept delivery to my address despite having delivered previously. Now giving up and going to other company even if more expensive better than wasting time trying to order with this company.

After being in store, I unfortunately witnessed a horrible incident. I do shop quite regularly and I am always happy with the staff. They are so friendly and always help. However, this visit was different.. .on overhearing a conversation between the store manager, who I know, and 2 males, 1 female. I can honestly say, what I heard, was patronising, belittling, and definitely bullying from a (slight) male. I did not like what I saw, who is this man, and why was he allowed to speak to another team member (store manager) in such a way. I hung around for a while. I hope I never have to witness that ever again....!!!! I am disgusted.

Grantham is a store, easy too find products, a great product range, the staff are always friendly and willing too help, products knowledge is always first class,haven't tried the grooming parlour yet, but with a cream German Shepherd it won't be long, Let's hope it's a good new year too all,

Lovely shop and very friendly staff. Our dog loves coming here for his groom. Highly recommended.

ok so long story short. i rescued a Yorkshire terrier on Sunday evening, rang the shop on Monday afternoon to ask about grooming service. they had a space for today (tues) so took said dog along, yeah well long and short of it, they done an AMAZING job. and even the staff in the shop was absolutely FANTASTIC, Dog looks and smells great. I really can't thank the guys enough, wish everyone could see the before and after pics. Buzzby will be going back in oct for another bath and groom. from Ms gurney and Buzzby :-)

We had some issues with the courier not turning up, then coming when date had been changed and then leaving boxes on doorstep in the rain and only delivering half an order with no note about the rest. But I could not fault the customer service from Pets and Friends, they were straight on the case and were extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to buy online from them again . The products were well packaged with a wide selection for my 2 dogs . Highly recommended.
