The main part of the order was cancelled after being told it would be delayed. The other half of the order did eventually arrive one packet was only in date by 2 weeks. Wouldn’t use again.

Great price long delivery
Site easy to use, prices are great but delivery and communication not so good. I replied to email asking why delivery delayed but no response and order took over a week.

Product arrived damaged - they did offer to replace only the damaged items - no compensation for the clean up and dog food all over the floor ! Then I heard nothing - no replacement - no updates- a real Shame!

Extortionate delivery charge then get a cheery your delivery will be delayed but don’t worry. No answer to my email saying not happy as I was expecting the delivery long before my holiday date and it arrived whilst away. Never again will I deal with this company and I don’t expect this review to be published

My first order was fantastic
My first order was fantastic came perfectly on time but think the couriers could do with lessons on not throwing the boxes around as quite a few tins in all trays were dinted and the boxes damaged. I didn't understand why I've had an extra delivery 2 weeks later without the biscuits I might add but 7 more trays of wet meat

Sent an e-mail when wrong type of food was delivered. Problem was corrected almost instantly and correct food sent out next day, so very pleased with the customer service. I even had to phone to see if they wanted the wrong food back, and a collection was arranged instantly. Very efficient.
