I had an issue with a pair of socks I'd purchased as a gift which was honestly entirely my fault and not actually an issue with product itself but I reached out to customer service and they quickly responded and replaced the product for me. The socks themselves are great. I purchased a tall over-the-calf pair for my husband to use hunting and skiing and he says they're warm and comfortable.
