First- service was great when I ordered a size that was back ordered until after elk season, I cancelled that order and ended up getting the size I needed (turned out this size fits better anyway), all made easy by customer service on the phone, a ream These boots are great. I didn't get a chance to where them as much as I wanted to before season and ended up breaking them in on the mountain and my feet felt great. 0 regrets, 5/5 would recommend, worth every penny for my hobbit feet.

Called in and placed order on the phone. The customer service rep was very pleasant and helpful.

I thought the process for resoling my safari boots was good except for one step. I am a snowbird and have summer home in Washington State and winter home in Southern California. I asked to have you call see when the boots were getting ready to ship and I would tell you where to send them. I talked to Kenzie and was told I have to make the decision now on where to ship them when I’m not sure which location I’ll be at when the boots are resoled. Apparently the contractor system doesn’t work that way - they fix them and then ship them right away and there’s no process to get them to call and confirm the shipment location. I have bought about a dozen sets of boots and socks from you over the years and I can’t believe you don’t have a way of confirming shipment at the time of shipment. Now I have to get somebody to go get my boots and put them away for me when they arrive if I’m not at my Washington location. This is a big inconvenience.

Past orders have all been quickly shipped. This past order was placed on 9/4 and as of today 9/17, still has not arrived. I’ve been in contact with customer service and requested a reship. Just too long for laces and a pair of socks.

Excellent service and great support for veterans. About the only boot I wear is kenetrek. From work boots to mountain guides to pac boots for late season deer. Great boots all around.

Love the boots, soles seem a bit slippery on wet rock but overall very good.
